The Outreach-Mission Team promotes service ministries on a local, national, and international level; advocates for peace and justice, and offers educational opportunities relating to service and advocacy.

Over the past year, the team planned and organized

  • collections that resulted in nearly $30,00 donated to meet local, national, and international needs;
  • participation in Pride March, AIDS walk, CROP walk, Community Relations Coalition event, Christian Services collections, Mitten, Hat, & Scarf tree projects, Sunday Farmers Market, meals for Loaves and Fishes, Thanksgiving baskets;
  • and mission trip to Nicaragua to implement water purification systems in local villages.
